International Trading & Consulting Pty Ltd (ITC) customer service hours are between 9am and 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday 9am and 5pm. We can be contacted by emai: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ordering and Delivery
ITC uses Australia Post or a reputable courier to deliver orders. Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. ITC online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. ITC always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.
ITC is not responsible for delivery. ITC uses reputable contract couriers and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to ITC.
Online Payment Methods
ITC accepts payment via the major credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD as well as direct deposits.
Refunds and Returns
ITC does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises, however, if an item arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, ITC will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
